As for the firsts 3 videos, don't forget to get your water bottle, a towel and a mat if you wish. These 3 new trainings are still done with body weight! Let Antonietta guide you through this new week of trainings, listen to her advices and give the best of yourself. We are so proud of you!

We don't have the words, you killed it and you are now on your way to Training Number 6, already ! Let's finish this 2nd week with the same intensity as you started it, you will deserve to enjoy your weekend after all these efforts!
